Quantity Surveying Services

Gleave and Associates are proud to be able to offer to their clients Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services, extensive experience of which has been gained through involvement in all sectors of the construction market over many years.

Our experience has been gained in all types of building and construction projects including new build, refurbishment, extensions and alterations to building, commercial, civil and residential projects.

The Quantity Surveying team is able, in addition to the production of the traditional Bill of Quantities, to advise clients, from initial pre-contract discussions, of a budget cost for the proposed project, thus allowing them to accurately plan their proposed project.

If required, Gleave and Associates would remain involved in the full design and specification process, liaising with architects and designers to monitor costs, in contractor procurement and with the close monitoring of costs during the construction process through to contract completion.

These cost management services, in addition to being offered to commercial clients, are also available to Main Contractors as a ‘one stop shop’ on a contract to contract basis to enable clients to accurately manage their overheads.
